Returns
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please visit emotionsstyles.com and follow the instructions in the Returns section. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
RETURN METHODS
We offer free returns via mail. Simply print your return label from our website, pack your items securely, and drop them off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on emotionsstyles.com.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Face masks
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs fees for returns, which are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
